PTS is up with the Vora's Pact patch. The build you will want to be on for now is 3.5.3870.0. You can download the patch by going to the Paladins page on Steam and selecting the “Click here to install Public Test Server” button just below the cool videos and images: https://store.steampowered.com/app/444090/Paladins/
NOTE: Crystals will not be automatically awarded for logging in to PTS this patch. If you are using PTS on Steam, you will be able to 'purchase' Crystals using the Store (using the Steam interface) without expending any actual money. To do this, perform the following actions:
- Log in to PTS on Steam
- Select Store
- Select 'Buy Crystals' button
- Select any bundle on the screen
- Confirm that the purchase window matches the screenshot below (with the 'Sandbox' text next to Steam Wallet)
- Select Authorize on the window that pops up
Crystals will be added to your account specifically on PTS. If the HiRez Store pops up instead of a Steam window, DO NOT CONTINUE. Only do this if this processes through the Sandbox wallet on Steam.

Currently known major issues with PTS Build 3.5.3870.0:
Paladins Champions Pack
- 3D sprays in the Battle Pass do not currently display their visuals
- Players will get kicked out of Match Lobby if they get into Frozen Guard in the Siege Training queue
- Multiple Vora skin and weapon icons are currently missing their 2D arts
- Larger characters currently have some slight difficulty leaving the Frozen Guard spawn room
- Enemy's progress bars do not update visually in Onslaught, King of the Hill, and Team Deathmatch game modes. The number still updates properly
- Vora is currently not properly obtained by Champions Pack owners
- Galactic Conqueror Vora t-poses when obtained from the Beyond Science and Fiction chest
- Some of the new Chests are missing their 2D art in game
- Some Avatars are missing their 2D arts in game (ex. Harbinger)
- Vora is not listed as the New Champion in the Champions screen
